Founded in 2012, F&R Management Services, LLC (FRMS) is a Puerto Rican-led project management firm with over five decades of construction excellence behind it. As part of the F&R Construction Group, Inc. legacy (est. 1971) and with close ties to Urbānus Development, LLC, FRMS combines proven construction leadership with real estate development expertise to deliver results across Puerto Rico and beyond.
